SITE VISIT FOR LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND THE PRESS
During the construction of a new wind energy project, we can organise site visits for the provincial and municipal authorities involved, along with the local press. This gives them all an opportunity to see the construction of the wind turbine(s) up close and to publicly express their support for the project. This increases local authorities' involvement in the wind energy project's completion.

During our 'Aspiravi on the road' visiting days for schools, local primary school pupils learn all about wind energy inside four containers that have been converted into classrooms and inside an actual working wind turbine!

Comprehensive and timely information about all aspects of a new project contributes to greater social support for local wind energy projects. At Aspiravi, we are convinced of this. And that approach is bearing fruit!
COMPANY OPEN DAY FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS
At our Open Comany Day, we welcome thousands of visitors at the foot of the new wind turbine(s). We inform them about the construction, the operation, and about wind energy in general. There is always a great deal of interest in the co-operative society's and the ways in which local residents are able to participate.

It is clear that activities such as these are working. We welcome thousands of visitors to our Company Open Day and hundreds of children to our visiting days for schools. Our initiatives are also often picked up by the media, with, for example, a report on regional television. As the icing on the cake, we always notice a sharp increase in the number of citizen co-operants in a new project's vicinity.
